Post Need help about a tracking number

Hey everyone I need help about a tracking number: ​LZ242090373CN

I ordered in China and I am from Canada (Montreal)
I have three questions:

1 - When I track the number on China post I sometimes get a message telling me that the tracking number is invalid and sometimes it works and I am able to track my package. Is this normal?

2 - According to the China Post tracking my package was cleared from customs twice at an interval of about a day or so (25th and 26th) . To put a little bit of context around the situation the company I ordered to first tried to send me a package with this tracking number and it seems like the package was lost or something because this tracking number was invalid for more than a week. According to the company they sent me the order again because they weren't sure China Post was going to find my first package. Is it possible that both package share the same number because the company didn't bother giving me another tracking number?

3 - According to the EMS e packet tracking the last message I have is ''Arrive at the processing center from GUANGZHOU'' Is this normal? What does that mean?

Also when I track on EMS e packet I get the same 2 messages saying that my packet was released from customs as the China Post tracking does but I also sometimes get one saying ''To the processing center, from GUANGHZOU'' at the end. What does it mean? The tracking seems to differ from time to time when I try it.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was just shipped on Apr 25. normally ePacket will wait about 10 to 20 days to catch flight from Guangzhou to Toronto. please be patient.

Once it arrived Toronto, you can track Canada location in Canada Post wegsite.

I had EMS a very important document on Apr. 19 from Guangzhou, China.

EE815184611CN

No update so far. Please help !

EE815184611CN seems to have problem. You need ask shipper contact original China Post office and see what is wrong with the parcel. It seems never leave original post office.

It is a very important document. It drove me crazy! the last update is preparing for shipment to Chicago on Apr. 20. Then no update! what happened?

right now is international labor day in China. Your might be delayed by holiday. Wait another 2 to 3 days and then ask shipper call EMS hot line 11183. They should know more information about the parcel.

My wife mailed out this document on Apr 19. The last update is on 04/20/2018 17:54:00, preparing to ship to Chicago.
Is it still on the ground of guangzhou, or in the air, or arrived in USA? Do you have any clue?. A very important document I need to give to my partner to sign next week. This is really bad.

Your document has never left Guangzhou. Not sure why it delayed so long time, that is why you should call 11183 and inquiry what happens with the parcel.
