Thanks! I just called 11183. They insisted the document was mailed out but no received information from USA. However they can not provide the airline information. So bad.
Why you are so sure the parcel is still in Guangzhou? Thanks

if your documents arrives USA and released by US customs, USPS website will show USA location. So far there is no such USA location info, normally this means the parcel is still in Guangzhou airport or in the worst case, it f was lost in Guangzhou airport or US customs in Chicago airport before it is released to USPS.
