Hello!

The company I sent my ring back to be fixed says that my ring has not been received and on tracking it said that it was processed through the city of the company, but it still has not arrived at the store. I do not know whether to report as lost or wait longer to see if it will arrive. Please help!!!

1. Was your parcel insured for the value of the ring?
2. Did you pay extra money when you mail the parcel to have somebody signature on delivery?
3. Do you trust the company in China?
4. Have you put in a complaint to USPS about your parcel not been delivered and can they launch an investigation about your parcel?

Hope the above information will help you make a decision. Don't wait to long you might be out of choices.

Hello!

Yes it was. I do not believe I paid extra for the signature though, as that was not an option given to me. They have very high reviews and they have been in constant communication with me, but once I saw that the package arrived in the city but "did not make it" to their facility, they seemed more questionable to me.
I am submitting one tomorrow after going by the store to get more information such as weight of parcel, etc. Thank you very much. It's through global priority mail which I read is up to 6 months? I certainly hope so. I was just giving it more time in case it arrived but it is looking less like that will happen.
