http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP890974225CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jan 28. It is on the way to India, so no need worry.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Now China is experiencing coronavirus outbreak, airline workers are informed to stay at home. Your parcel will have 2 to 3 weeks delay.

Once it passes import customs clearance, India Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

You can not see update until the parcel arrives your country and scanned by your post office. This might take 2 to 8 weeks(from Jan 28), please be patient.

I have contacted India Post regarding my consignment status. They told the shipment neither reached in customs nor in foreign post office.

As I mentioned before, you need wait 2 to 8 weeks(from Jan 28)

I am not sure where did you get such misleading and confusing tracking result "In transit - Departed waypoint", it is neither from china post nor from India Post. You must have tracked in wrong website.

Actually your parcel has arrived India. India Post website shows RP890974225CN just arrived India Post office in INBLRA, it is on the way to destination city. Please contact India Post for delivery detail.
