Hi can somebody please check the status of my order RG721817607CN. Belw are updates i am getting but dont know the meaning:

the parcel was rejected by Guangzhou airport and returned to Shenzhen. You can not get this parcel anymore. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you should open dispute for refund.

I had a word with seller they are saying it is on its way to India?

Is there any confusion.

Seller is saying:

Import mutual sealing: when large parcels are split into small packages, they need to be sorted according to the receiving address, such as the parcel sorting in each city.
the goods is normal running.

Please suggest should i cancel the order and open the dispute or wait for the further updates?

i don't think you should trust your seller's words. If I were you, I will open dispute asap.

No reason is provided by airline.

My seller is giving assurance that he crossed checked with China post and the parcel is on its way to india. Dont know what is the process happening ryt now but can you help in providing any official detail that it has been rejected by China customs
