Post my parcel stuck in CNNGBA sorting center

Hi there,
It's been 10 days since Oct25 that my parcel is stuck in CNNGBA (which seems to be the code for Ningbo city sorting center, I'm wondering if there are something I need to do, to parcel get through, or how long it take to pass this step.

CC384610007DE was just release from China customs in Ningbo today. We believe the item will be delivered this week.
