2. If seller is telling you he has not receive the parcel, then seller should contact China Post Hot Line 11185. You should not be penalize because China Post did not deliver the parcel to seller. But I'm pretty sure the parcel was deliver to the seller.

3. When you contact seller give him the above full tracking and if you can just open a dispute to get your money back because you did not received the parcel. If you can not open a dispute because the parcel has been on the road for 76 days, then try to have an arrangement with seller. If all the above fail, then sorry for you but you lost your money.
