Hi, my parcel sent from Australia and arrived China, Shanghai, struck at Shanghai. According to the ems tracking. It said hand over to custom. What does that mean? Will me parcel return to sender?

Need advice.

EJ232720168AU arrived Shanghai customs on Nov 28. It seems to have delivery problem.

You need call EMS China hotline 11183 and try to pickup the parcel.

You need ask receiver call 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from China Post Shanghai head office.

What if the receiver refused to pick up the parcel, will it sent back to Australia? 假如沒有去拿，會不會寄回寄件人呢？

if receiver does not pickup the parcel and the parcel has return address, normally it will be returned to shipper. but return will use surface mail which might take a couple of months to reach shipper.
