Post My parcel is stuck

On 17th of May I sent a parcel from United Kingdom to Nanning, China with a reference number RJ574142910GB . According to http://track-chinapost.com/ it has arrived to Import Customs in Nanning on 30th of May. However, it has not moved any further. I think you might have problems translating the address on the parcel.

you should ask the recipient to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel.
