Post My Parcel is still not delivered

Hi, I ordered at Dhgate,

My item is supposed to arrive ages ago it’s been a month and my item is still not updated for chinapost epacket its been more than a month now please help someone?????? And I don’t know how to get in contact with them it’s been ages since they updated the tracking it was december 17.

you need write tracking number in question , otherwise people can not help you.

This the tracking number for my order and the seller is not doing anything to help LO635289350CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO635289350CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Ireland on Dec 17. Many parcel shipped from Guangzhou during Nov and Dec are seriously delayed for 15 to 30 days.

It is now in some middle place between China Post and Ireland Post system. Possible location is in Guangzhou airport or Ireland customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Ireland customs.

Once parcel is released to Ireland customs, Ireland Post website will show its local location in Ireland.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.
