1. You parcel is trying to find room on an Aircraft but each time there is no room for the mail bag with your parcel in it.

2. Just continue to track your parcel. It's the busiest time of the year so you must be patient.

3. Do you mean to send the parcel to a different address or to change the parcel where it is right now?????

4. In both cases Seller can not do anything because the parcel is in the hand of China Post.
