Hello. You informed me that packages to Brazil were delayed up to 115 days.
My packages already have 140 days with no information update. there are packages arriving in Brazil with 25 days.
Why don't my packages arrive? I need to know what's going on.

Since your packages were received by China Post more than 4 month, there is high possibility of being lost. It is wise to open dispute with the site thru which you bought the item for a refund
