here is my tracking: EA401932914CN

Only 2 days ago it said dispatched to UK now it showing nothing?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped to UK from Guangzhou on Oct 12. Normally it should arrive UK in 2 weeks. Your parcel should have problem.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not see new status by Nov 5, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
