hello,
it's been 19 days since my package departed from Beijing yet there was no update on the location of my package . is it okay ? or should i worry ?

your parcel left Beijing on Mar 2. it will travel another 4 to 6 weeks before arriving Lebanon. You can not exact location when parcel is outside china(none scan the parcel).

i ordered 2 packages from the same seller however one of them has arrived,The other is still in Beijing airport how is that possible ?

the package arrived in the country China Post office in 2016-12-11 13:50:09.0 with tracking number RE593629188GR , why not move it has been lost

RE593629188GR was delivered on Dec 11.
