I sent a package to get a refound 'cause the tablet was broken. The thing is that the track hasn't moved for a month, it says that it is in customs office. Where do they release it?

The tracking number is: RF165200539ES

RF165200539ES seems to have customs clearance problem or lost in China customs. You need contact Spain Post to claim lost parcel compensation.
