Hello, I have been waiting for more than a month for my package and im getting really worried. I have called usps and they said its still in china because they havent scamned it at all. I dont know where it is now. I was wondering if there was anything you guys can do about this process. My tracking number is LT374327388CN. I really need it before april 14. It says its processed through facility in guanghou china on march 2, 2019. Its now april 5 2019 and still bno updates. Is there anything you guys can do? I dont want it to go missing.

LT374327388CN is delayed in Guangzhou. you might need wait one or two more weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Will I get my package if I wait enough? Im scared that I wont get it because its taking so long. When do you think I will get the package? An estimated date?

unfortunately we can not give you any estimate.

My suggestion is to wait another 2 weeks, if you can not get it by April 25, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
