HI,

I AM SEARCHING FOR MY PACKAGE WHICH I HAVE SENT FROM CHINA SHANGHAI TO GERMANY ON THE 7TH OF JANUARY. SINCE THE 8TH OF JANUARY THE DELIVERY STATUS IS UNREVISED. THE TRACKING NUMBER IS: CP383495795CN

I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME WITH FINDING MY PACKAGE.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive Germany in 4 to 6 weeks if less than 2kgs.

If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.
