I ordered a package from China over a month ago and it is finally here but the delivery person could not get access to the building I live in . I live in a apartment building with 21 floors and 12 apartments on each floor there is always someone coming or going you just have to wait a minute or so. The door is always locked and the intercom barely works. My tracking # RV855889336CN. It was the first attempt at delivering and I do not know their policy with delivery attempts. My name is Larry phone #718-913-8990. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not want package to be sent back. If I had an address to them I will come get it if I have to.

your parcel now is in the hand of your local USPS office. USPS.com shows "We attempted to deliver your package at 7:20 pm on April 6, 2019 in BROOKLYN, NY 11217 but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day".

If you can not get your parcel today. You need go to USPS office in BROOKLYN, NY 11217 and try to pickup the parcel by yourself.
