1. Either your parcel is traveling inside China to a new destination or your parcel can not pass the Export Customs Scan. May I suggest you look at this:

China Post Forbidden Item List

What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

2. You might also want to let your seller know that your parcel has not pass the Export Customs Scan, he might be able to call China Post about your parcel and find out what is wrong with it.
