Hi,

I've been expecting a package reference #RN685428037CN for over two months now, the status was last updated on Dec. 1st and there have not been any changes ever since. I have checked the website expected arrival time to Peru and the longest it has been 68 days. Now, I am extremely concerned because the package doesn't seem to be making new changes. At this point, I just would really like an accurate time for the arrival.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RN685428037CN shows the number was sent to airline on Dec 1.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 20 to 40 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space to Peru(might be transit through other country) and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 6 to 12 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Peru Post(Serpost) will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you should ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
