my package is still in China, it's from 15 days that it's at SHENZHEN EMS, i wanna know when it will come in italy

Italy customs clearance now is very very slow. you might wait 30 to 60 days to get the parcel. if possible, call Italy customs 848 800 898 and inquiry detail.
