What's taking so long with this order , tracking info says this

"Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

You are not the only one.....I've been waiting for my two packages which left the same location ( Guangzhou) on Jan 13th.....no sign of any package.
