Hello everybody
My friend ship two boxes to me by china post at the same time CP323763415CN
CP323763429CN
Both are shipped same day. One is in Kashi and other is in Beijing. Why this accours? Both tracked since beijing together. But from 2nd july one shipment have no update while other is recently tracked in Kashi on 13 july. If any one know about this issue kindly inform me. That i received both shipments at the same day or there is any problem??
I am worried about this.

1. Maybe it's a mistake of China Post? Maybe there was only a place for one Mail Bag and the other one containing your parcel will be sent later.

2. Just keep tracking your parcel and if you don't see any movement in the next 5 days then contact seller and ask him to contact China Post: 11185 to find out what is happening with the second parcel CP323763429CN.

Seller contact the china post. They said your parcel is on the way towards pakistan. We also can't track it but this is on the way to pakistan. The answer is not use full. I am not satisfied with there answer . My parcek is in the air?? if parcel is on the ways then it must be cheaked into any exchange office because Its a surface parcel. Is there online complain center of china post? I want to put a complaint from Pk

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

3. If you are not satisfied with the way the parcel was sent to you, may I suggest the next time you could use a faster method to send the parcel to your country. It will be more expensive but at the same time it will be faster to arrive in your country.

Yeah next i will take a faster shipment. But now i have to solve this issue also... so i am worried . One parcel is near china Pakistan . And other is in Beijing. And these are shipped same time. Is it possible that both parcels are in a bag. And on bag just one tracking number is written so that why only one parcel is tracked??? And i will get at the same day both??

1. You might be right also that both parcel are in the same bag and since both parcel are going to the same place only one parcel was scan. This might be the error that China Post did. You will know when the parcel arrive.
