Hi, could you help me check where is my parcel and what is wrong with it? I need to get it delivered ASAP to a person in Suzhou city. I need to get I done within the next 4 days.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived China Post Suzhou office 阊门支局. You need go to that post office to pickup the parcel or call 11185 for detail.

The receiver of the parcel is unable to pickup the parcel.

Can I ship it directly to her place? How can this be done? Please advise.

You must ask receiver go to pickup the parcel. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to Singapore.

The receiver is unable to pick up the parcel as the post office is quite a distance from her place.

Am I able to apply for another mailing service to her place directly?

I am also unable to contact ChinaPost through Skype. It keeps telling me that the number is invalid. Please tell me how else I can contact China Post.

Unfortunately China Post will not response any oversea contact request. You must ask contact receiver to pickup the parcel.
