Post Missing parcel from China to France

Hey, I have bought something online from china ( tracking number : LL805640245CN ) on the 12th of October and it got shipped out on the 25th of October. It says it was “successfully delivered” on the 2nd of November but I haven’t received anything as of the 13th of November. I have tried calling my local post office but they just tell me to wait and it should be here by the end of the week but that never happened. Could anyone help me? Thanks.

France Post(La Poste) website shows the parcel arrived France on Nov 2(Votre envoi vient d'arriver en France). It is in France Post system.

Please contact France Post to pickup your parcel.
