Hello. I’m trying to track a package from China. The package has not been recvd in the USA and the last tracking listed shows an airport in China. No movement has been made for almost 3 months now. Two packages were shipped from the same location on the same date and I just recently recvd one package in late June. Where is my other package??

Our system shows some parcels shipped during March and April to USA is extremely slow. For example, LW589100213CN , http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW589100213CN shows it was shipped on Mar 16 and was just delivered on July 25.
Another example http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS266357646CN , parcel shipped on Mar 13 and delivered on July 22.

So your parcel seems slower than average but still has chance to arrive.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund
