dear administrator can u tell me why is that long no news about my parcels and how do u think how long it will take more why ems so bad service these days lx938396285cn here is one more parcel and again no news it looks like they desapeared tnx for any help and advice
why they all gone do u know is there any big delays somewhere or my parcels was stolen or lost?

Normally EMS/ePacket should arrive in 10 days, maximum time is 30 days. If over that time frame, you should consider the parcel is lost.

o administrator i understand that ,but all parcels send out different time one of the parcels lx938396285cn is send ou 2 weeks later and it same case no new over 10 days?is anyway to find out whats going on?
