Dear Sirs
My package is despateched from Sorting International Center's China on the 2018-04.01
How many days will take to collect it in Italy? JUst to know if all is going well or not
J also find that it is "on route" i.e. where might be my package

LX077431015CN is waiting for airline space to Italy. Waiting time can be 2 to 3 weeks .

Sorry Dear Administrator

Do you have some updating about my parcel?
Status shows is always the same,
last trace is dated Jan.04.2018 and parcel results still in China
J'm trouble as j'm willing to wait as lon as it takes for transit from China to Italy
but honestly j dont understand why there is no more trace of my parcel.
Are you in position to help me? J m not in position to call China Post from Italy,..

After a parcel leaves China, it's normal for there to be no updates until it arrives in Italy and is scanned by Poste Italiane. While it's in transit between countries, it's in a sealed mailbag, so nobody can scan it. This long period of time with no updates is the worst part of the international mailing process. :/

Parcels of this type seem to be taking 30-55 days to be delivered to Italy right now. Hopefully, yours should show up again in tracking before too much longer.
