Post LW308603827CN - Status Cancelled?

I ordered from uncommongadgets on Dec 17, 2019. I saw a "received by Post Office" on Dec. 22. I kept checking for status updates and on Jan 14, 2020, it was updated to "Export Cancellation" and status for tracking is Cancelled. What's going on with my package?? I was charged for it immediately and I tried emailing the company but received an "undeliverable" error message. I tried another email but no response so far. Please help!

LW308603827CN was rejected by Shanghai export customs. not sure reject reason. normally customs reject should be copyright or IP problem.

the parcel was returned to shipper on Jan 14. If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
