is there any way i can find out where my package is? it was last logged in shanghai EMS China on December 10th and is labeled : still in transit.

2. Either your parcel is lost or misplace. But also they are US resident that have been waiting like you and do receive their parcel very late.

try going to the chinese version of the EMS website, and there is a Chinese chatting customer service, (so you don't have to talk to them on the phone), and use google translate, (which is accurate in Chinese) and telling them your problem, to get to the ems customer service, input tracking number, and then click on customer service.
and also if you need further assistance China post logistics has an email: [email protected], email them your problem in chinese also.

I don't know where else to post this. I've been waiting for over a month on my package from and just want to know if it's still actually on it's way or if I've been scammed. My tracking number is
LK102968537CN. Please help!

1. The above tracking number is a valid tracking number. Unfortunately China Post EMS never receive your parcel. In other words your parcel was never mail.

2. This is what I get when I track your parcel:
Number: LK102968537CN
Package Status: Not Found
Destination Country: Unknown
Origin Country: China
Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later.
