To Whom It May Concern:

Hello,

I ordered a good from a seller on facebook about four weeks ago. I have not received shipping update since their last email sent to me on May 14 stating that my order is on the way. The destination is the US. I am not able to find a seller info anymore on facebook and I have not received any responses from their customer service. I am afraid if it is a scam.

Would you please let me know with any updates with the epacket tracking #?:

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS341476319CN shows No shipping record. Your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.

Thank you so much for the prompt reply. I now need to re-dispute this transaction by sending a written mail to my credit card company. I believe that your kind comment would greatly help solve the dispute.
