Good day all
My parcel was last updated 08/03/2019, in China. The tracking number is: UI173241645CN. I am told by the agent they can't help me. I can maybe claim half my money back. Is this standard procedure for epacket

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 3 to 4 months to reach South Africa.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

I've ordered Samsung phone through zsaleshow.shop website. My parcel number is RV879921963CN.
I'vent got any update from last 20 days.

RV879921963CN is china post register airmail tracking number. This kind of parcel does not allow shipment of cell phone which has battery inside. You should be cautious of scam. Your parcel might not have any cell phone inside.

if you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for refund.
