Its been almost 2 months now that I'am waiting for the package.No other time take so long to receive a package from China.I dont know where else to search.

Now the only thing you can do is to open dispute and claim refund from seller. Seller should be take the risk of lost or delayed parcel.

But the seller said that the package handled on China post and he has the receive,so the responsible is China post.

every seller wants transfer the duty to china post, no need to follow their words. Open dispute to paypal/aliexpress.
