Tracking No.: RC636862352SG

You mentioned that this package has been sent back to Singapore on 18th June. I have contacted Singapore Post Office for four times and they said they did not receive this package.

So is the package lost or what?

it might be lost. but it is more likely to be delayed in china export customs waiting for flight space to singapore.
