Dear Chinapost staff,

Thank you for your great service here to people everywhere.

I bought an item for about $98 from an Aliexpress seller in November.

Tracking stopped 35 days ago on 23 November. it stopped in Urumuqi.

I opened a dispute on Aliexpress and escalated but Aliexpress does not reply and no way to contact Aliexpress.

Seller says someone is drivinig it from Kazakhistan to UK! Refuses to refund.

What should I do?
Where is the packagae?

you should escalate the dispute to aliexpress.

Thanks. As I said I already escalated a week ago. But Aliexpress does not reply.

And as I said no way to contact Aliexpress.

Is the parcel lost or stolen?
