Hi There

My parcel was shipped 17th of November and all it says

" 2016-11-17 04:31:34.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan "

no update since then and it is been over a month , could you check please and update me. or maybe you are able also to share with me different tracking number that i can track it with the local post office in UAE . 89011570431 tracking number .

1. Your parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track in China only and has some limited tracking.

2. Can be deliver to your between 30 to 60 days and your National Post Office will deliver your parcel just like a normal letter.

1. If by 06 Jan 2017 you have not receive your parcel then contact seller or open a dispute for non reception of parcel.
