I ordered a package almost 2 months ago and it hasn’t shown up. The last status I can see on 17track says “Arrival at overseas transit bureau” from a month and a half ago.

UU612782500CN arrived destination country on June 26. If you haven't got the item, it must be lost (most of lost cases are caused by wrong shipping address printed by shipper).

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
