Post Long delivery time or receiver at China not willing to receive package?

This is an AliExpress return delivery. If seller does not receive the returned package they have no obligations to return the money for the purchased item. Item is worth of 400€, so they have an interest to not receive the return delivery as I see it.

The latest status says that customs clearance has been completed.

    Is the receiver usually contacted at this point (in case of product return) and do they have option to select them to pick the package from customs instead of package being delivered?
    Or is there other steps that the receiver party could have done that is causing this delivery not to take place?
    What is the next expected shipping status?

Final destination is at Huaide South Road, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China

I have tried to call +861011183 to ask these same questions, but no english speaking people were available to answer my questions either.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CE903226572FI shows the parcel finished customs clearance on Aug 25. It is still in China Post Shenzhen office. Please ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel asap. If free storage time expires, the parcel will be returned to shipper.
