hi China post Admin,

my parcel stuck with below status since 02-May 2015 16:47 in Departure export customs GUANGZHOU
from website http://track-chinapost.com/result_chinapost.php
RJ478170581CN Departure from location 322200, china since 27 Apr 2015 17:17

my question are :
1. why do parcel is sent but the status not updated from china post tracking system?
2. is my parcel got problem in custom ?
3. can you help locate my package RJ478170581CN?

Post parcel status updating is not very fast. It does not mean it has any problem. For detail, you can read this article http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669 .

Our arrival time stat report shows average arrive time to Indonesia is 15 days. You parcel arrived Guangzhou customs on May 3, so you should get your parcel between May 15 to May 28.
