How long time it needs for LO954911217CN to arrive in Austria, Vienna??
Now it's about 3 weeks I'm waiting for this Parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your seller just shipped LO954911217CN on Mar 29 (obviously he delayed 2 weeks).

Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send parcels to Europe. parcel will have 2 to 3 weeks delay, please wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund.
