Hello, I have a package sent on January 25th, and left Shenzhen city on 27th, no updates since then, would it be possible to have more information with regard the status of my parcel please, thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM546294945CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Italy on Jan 25.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Milan, Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
