Unable to get update information. China post status is: Number: LM252815125CN
Package status: Expired
Destination: Canada

Origin: China
2018-11-22 08:41 Jinhua, arrive at China Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, the processing Center for mail processing (via transfer)
2018-11-22 00:43 Hangzhou, leaving Hangzhou to send Jinhua to the city
2018-11-15 19:16 Hangzhou, leaving China Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. Hangzhou International Express Branch Rod sent to Zhejiang Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Jiefang Road International Range Investment Department

Package has been received at China Post Express Logistics Co November 22 but has not been scanned out. Canada post says all their backlogs since the strike has been cleared out at their receiving centres for international mail. Is my package lost in China?

LM252815125CN was shipped during CANADA POST worker strike period. Many parcel shipped to Canada during that time have not arrived receiver. Not sure if they are lost or still sleeping in some corner of Canada Post warehouse without processing.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon for non-arrival parcel refund.

There is no proof that it shipped out of China. Only received at China Post Express. Nothing else.

Shipped out of China proof only available when Canada Post scan the parcel. Many parcels arrived during strike period have not been scanned by Canada Post worker yet. So their status are still showing in China.

The proof would have been with China scanning the package out as in this example, as Canada Post doesn’t do this :

I’m not arguing here, I’m just trying to figure this out.
