if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute against fraud.

you should report Brasil Police about that website. It seems to be a scam website.

Your seller just shipped the parcel LL883637775CN from Beijing to Brasil on Dec 5. You can wait 2 to 4 weeks and see if it can arrives Brasil.

Once parcel passes Brasil customs, you can see local result in Brasil Post website.
