My first order came in 2 days from last update in destination country. (total 11 days)

For my second order is 7 days in flight. (at moment is 11th day)

Is this normal?

Update for track number started on 30 of november and estimated time is 7-11 days for my country

1. Like you said it's only Estimated time of arrival, this timing does not count the time a parcel will spend at the Customs Office of your country. Also the estimate is:

2. An estimate is just that, it's not rock solid.

1. Maybe it's already in your country and the first parcel got through Customs Office very quick and the second parcel did not get the same treatment as the first one.

3. Is there any possibility that Croatia Post did not scan your parcel yet because they have to much work.

First parcel is from Beijing.

And maybe it is possible that upload is late. Maybe it comes to my adress and then they make the update?
