Dear China Post,
I have sent a letter to China from France on 21 December 2017. The tracking number is
LA040488272FR . I have checked the status on websites (La poste - French Post, as well as China Post) and both show that the letter has been dispatched for China on 23 December 2017. No update after that.
May I kindly ask you to look into the matter. This post contains important documents to be delivered in China. I have confirmed with the recipient that the post is not delivered yet.

I have asked the in La Poste and they have confirmed that the letter was well dispatched to China on 23rd December.
Please see the attached snapshot.

Please look into the matter.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=LA040488272FR shows no china location. If it arrives China, it should show Beijing or Shanghai something.

Your parcel has not arrived China yet. Based on our previous experience, December parcel from France to China will take about 4 to 6 weeks, you need some patient.
