I ordered from Kina&Tam and they gave me this tracking number LZ311787493CN.
Is it real? if not I have to tell them I need a refund. please help me

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number LZ311787493CN has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet.

It is fake!

We only know your seller has not shipped the parcel. Not sure if he will ship the goods or not.

Normally if you purchased from those big website such as aliexpress/amazon/ebay/WISH , seller will ship the goods if you push them to do so. If you purchased from no name website, you should be very cautious of fraud.

When did your seller give this tracking number? Which website?

the website is called Kina&Tam and they gave the number to me on the 5th of may

If you paid with paypal, you should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell them if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal.

If you did not use paypal, I don't know how to protect your money. Your money might be stolen if the website is scam.
