USPS says that it has been in SHANGHAI EMS, CHINA for about 6 days. Any idea when this can get moving?

And can someone answer me? it's been 3months since the package left Spain, a month and some days now since they said it's returning back to Spain. Shouldn't it be already here by this time? What's wrong? Track number is: RF060251235ES
