I've purchased from 2 different sellers on iOffer and both had 10K+ reviews, but I'm starting to question if I'm going to receive my shipment.

First shipment I made the order on March 4th - and It took them until March 14th to ship the items and estimated delivery March 27 - April 17 - So we will see about this as I've been waiting 27 days.

2016-03-15 13:55,"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported,
2016-03-15 08:49,"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported open,
2016-03-14 18:03,Leave the "Foshan philatelic post office letter" next stop "Foshan"
2016-03-14 17:50,"Foshan philatelic post offices communications",
2016-03-14 15:56,"Foshan philatelic post office letter" you've got mail,

And this is the second shipment -

2016-03-15 15:04,"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported,
2016-03-15 14:22,"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported open,
2016-03-14 18:03,Leave the "Foshan philatelic post office letter" next stop "Foshan"
2016-03-14 17:01,"Foshan philatelic post offices communications",
2016-03-14 15:56,"Foshan philatelic post office letter" you've got mail,

On iOffer they are both at Export customs cleared

Please help this is very frustrating

Please provide the tracking number of the 2 parcels, maybe somebody on this site can help you.

I tracked the the parcels using ePacket EUB and this is what it is telling me
Guangzhou] have been exported directly exchange bureau seal, 2016-03-15 13:55

The second one says Departure from outward office of exchange,GUANGZHOU,2016-03-15 16:22

shipping to USA sometimes takes up to 6 weeks, you might need wait one or two more weeks.

I had the same problem last months but it arrived after some time. I was told that after the package leaves China or some other outward departures or exchange offices, the status often freezes but it means the package is on it's way. At the moment i'm waiting for my package too. It hasn't been updated since 12 days. I guess it's normal

Hi there
had the same problem .My parcel was stuck since March 21 .And guess what .I called their Hong Kong post office they said we don't have any record of your parcel.
I tracked it via the destination country they said it's not there. I called again and they said the same thing .Guess what? Since then when I track my parcel a message says"we didn't receive your parcel" which is a big lie. So if you want to know has happened to your parcel, call their office right now.
Be sure if they have lost it they do not answer. The operator said: We don't have any records!!!!!!!
