Hi,

Items is in customs since 20/10 is there anything i can do or am i missing anything here? I have sent a parcel from Gb through royal mail and china post is the local carrier tied with Royal Mail. I was wondering if you are able to help me to throw light on this please?

Following is the tracking number i have through Royal Mail (GB) which in turn gives me tracking details on china post too..

RN583679202GB is in Guangzhou customs. You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and arrange pickup from China Post Guangzhou customs warehouse. Some duty might need to be paid.
