It says its arrive at secondary processing center in the United States on the 16th but I haven't gotten it yet. The seller says it's being returned to china because it was unclaimed but it never came in the mail. It's from ChinaPost

UE490919016CN is slow parcel. it might take another 10 to 20 days to be delivered to your home by USPS after arriving US.

Why is it being sent back to China? The seller said it was unclaimed but I didn't even get it in the mail. Why is this package so slow?

your seller did not tell you the truth. He can not know if the parcel is unclaimed or delivered. The parcel status is unknown. Maybe it is lost.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
